Another time next year….

Well after much talk and prayer I decided it was best for me not to go to Africa – but Fred will still go and pave a way for next year – so I get to go next spring – I will just have to wait and be patient (yep something new for me – waiting…haha). I am happy for fred though – that he gets to go on such an amazing trip and for free! You can’t beat that! I decided not to go because of several reasons 1. Money – as much as I hate to use that as a reason – we are buying a house and we do need to purchase items for that house 2. Freds stress level – with me going it adds to fred’s stress in that its two of us coming back with culture shock 3. I don’t feel like I’m suppose to go – this is the most important reason – lately with many things Fred and I keep getting this feeling from God to wait on lots of thing and this is one of them. But the nice thing is there is a trip being planned for next year!

On the house hunting….still waiting to see if we should purchase a home 45 mins from Kingston and the church. The elders are meeting the end of the month and hopefully from there we will get an idea on their view of that. But we are really interested in house and I hope we can live there!

I have been sick this week – lovely mirgrains – and have missed a few days work – but likely everyone was really supportive of me staying home and getting rested and well. I have a headache now as I write this so hopefully that will go away soon! But also during this week I have been keeping track of what I have been up to – writing down and taking pictures of my daily week stuff – to put into a small ablum – I just thought it would be interesting to document a week of my life before kids. And then years from now I can look back and most likely laugh at what I was doing J

Anyways – its Friday night and I have laundry to do! Woohoo Amy don’t go wild!
