Just a random thought...
So I was reading some blogs tonight from some great scrapping gals and while I was reading Carrie Colbert's I learned something very important - Fred and I are completely different in that I am introverted and he is extroverted - but I never understood it like this before:
" An introverted person recharges by being by himself / herself, while an extroverted person recharges by being around other people."
That rings so true for me! I’m an introvert. Nothing recharges me like being alone… Alone to be me. Alone to create. Alone to read. Alone to rest. Alone to relax. Then I am recharged and equipped to take on the world… To socialize. To interact. To be a friend.
Fred’s the complete opposite. Being around people recharges him like nothing else! He loves socializing… laughing with others, talking to others, just hanging out.
Learning that today was such an amazing thing! I can't thank Carrie enough! I told Fred and he was like - of course silly - but I'm like why didn't you explain it to me like that long ago! And of course I seem to be more of an introvert now then ever before - not something I completely like but will learn to deal with. It completely explains why I totally had an amazing weekend 2 wks ago when he went camping - now don't get me wrong I love to spend time with him - but I think I forget how much I do need time along!
Anyways just an interesting thought - would certainly make a great scrapbooking page!

That is soooo cool! Know what? That's like Aaron and I in a way! When he's had a bad day, he doesn't want to talk about it, and some nights he just doesn't want to talk at all if it's really bad. If it's me, I need to talk to Aaron, you, or Mum, and get it all out... even if I get mad all over again!
My meeting did go great thanks - we're really on track (will post on my blog in a minute). I hope you're having a great night, and that you don't get too lonely/scared tonight while Fred's away. You know you can call me any time if you are.
Luv ya!!!
