Father's Day Album

Well at the last minute I decided to do a mini album for my dad for Father's Day - I had some VERY OLD pictures of us in his truck and they are very dirty so I wanted him to have a few updated and old pictures of his family.

Its made from 6x6 page protectors and held together with key chain rings.

The papers are all from We R Memory Keepers - Retro line.

To tie it all together I used a poem I found on Two Peas. It reads:
A father is a source of strength
A teacher and a guide
The one his family looks up to
With loving trust and pride
A father is a helper with a willing hand to lend
A partner, an advisor
And the finest kind of friend.

Page 1 - Cover
~ flowers are from dollar store and so are the brads
~ the words are cut from one of the Retro papers
~ DAD is hand cut

Page 2 -
~ Pictures are of Dad holding each of us when we were little
~ got the metal round letters on sale! and finally get to use them!

Page 3
~ Pictures - me with Dad in front of one of us trucks, and Mark and me wrestling with him when we were little

Page 4
~ Pictures are of the family when Andrew was just a baby and some misc ones of the three of us when we were younger

Page 5
~ Big picture is from my wedding (the latest family pic of all of us) and the little pictures are of each of us when we were just babies

Page 6
~ Another picture from my wedding

Page 7
~ My parents (LOVE this picture of them) at our wedding
~ Again the words are cut from the Retro paper

Page 8
~ Pictures are of each of us as couples, when we were younger and dad a "few" years ago.

Thats the album - only 8 eight pages but I'm pleased with it. It didn't take me long at all to do it either! Only 2 nights (maybe an hour each)!
